I accept several forms of Commerical insurance:

-Highmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield

-Cigna

*I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid 

Self Pay

Some clients who do not have insurance or have an insurance that I don't take, pay out of pocket. Individual session fees are $120.

Payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay, and IvyPay

I am willing to adjust my fee if you are uninsured/underinsured by offering a sliding scale
