Hi, I’m Alecia Denillo—a psychotherapist here to help you make sense of life’s messy moments and find a steadier path forward.
I offer a supportive space where you can talk freely, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and work through things like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or just feeling stuck. My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and tailored to you. I pull from different therapeutic tools to make sure what we’re doing actually feels helpful—not just theoretical.
I work with individuals and groups, and I especially enjoy helping young adults, people new to therapy, and anyone ready to untangle old patterns and build a better relationship with themselves. My specialties include working individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles/codependency, chronic pain/illness, life transitions, weight loss, eating disorders, family of origin issues, addiction, self esteem, and ADHD.
All sessions are virtual, so you can show up from wherever you are—no commute, no pressure. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d be honored to support you. Let’s figure it out together.
