How do I schedule an appointment?

Once you send me an email, I will send you some paperwork to get started. After you fill out that paperwork and send it back to me, we can set up a time to meet. 

I offer both individual and virtual group therapy

I see most clients virutally and have limited in person office hours for individual therapy
